Service Agreement:
A booking is considered confirmed once we have received your completed form and any required deposit. Final payment is due before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient space, access to power, and a safe environment for the photobooth. Fiesta Magic Photobooth LLC reserves the right to refuse or halt service in unsafe conditions without refund.
Photo Usage:
Unless requested otherwise, we may use select photos from your event for promotional purposes on our website or social media. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, full payment may still be required.
Liability:
Fiesta Magic Photobooth LLC is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries related to misuse of the photobooth or props during your event.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
